Under light microscope we can see that adipose tissue in femoral heads of the model rats ( model of femoral head necrosis) increases, trabecula in those become lesser and thinner, adipose ratio of osteocytes and chondrocytes of those obviously
increases (see figure 13,14). However, no or little fat drops can be seen in normal
rats (see figure 11,12). The “Chengzai pill” therapeutic rats are the same as the normal
ones (see figure 15,16). |

From chart16 and table4 we can see that adipose staining ratio in chondrocytes of the model rats (model of femoral head necrosis) is obviously higher than that of normal
group (p<0.01). After the model rats are poured “Chengzai pill”, the ratio is obviously decreases.
