The series of traditional Chinese medicine such
as “Chengzai pills”, “Hongbao powder”, “Shenggu powder”, “Zhenqi powder”), whose main components include Angelica sinensis(Oliv)Deil, Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch), LuciumChinense Mill, Cervus nippon Temmink or C.elaohus L, Cistanchesalse(C.A.Mey)G.Beck，bubalus babalis L, Hirude nipponia Wbitman, Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge, Prunus Persica(L)Batsc, Gleditsia sinensis Lamare and so on, mainly apply to the lesions of bone. The clinical application
for aseptic necrosis of femoral head resulted in a satisfaction effect. We have
done animal experiments on the pharmacological effects of the medicine. We have observed the two kinds of models (one is for femoral head necrosis study, the other is for osteoporosis study) and contrasted
the groups on several indexes. |
